Kobico ("we", "us") operates kobico.org. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, agency name if provided, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 and Duo Group Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies. We use analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information

- To measure and improve site performance
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for 14 months after our last contact with you. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information for a given purpose
Email info@kobico.org and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@kobico.org.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
